Please note - to use your O‎Karte abroad, it shall have a valid usage period and account balance of at least LVL 1.00.

No, O‎Karte receive this possibility automatically.

While abroad, you can:

• make calls receive short messages;
• receive calls, moreover, in Baltics - free of charge;
• make calls* using the Callback or directly;
• use call forwarding;
• control your O‎Karte account*.

* This possibility may be used in the networks of definite operators.

In the networks of certain operators - yes, the number you dial shall be entered in international format.

In other networks - no, as you shall use the service Callback where the dialling of numbers is different. In order to make calls, you shall enter a key combination and wait for the call from the number +37129202014. Answer this call and you will be connected with the addressee.

Yes, if you have activated the possibility to receive short messages from LMT or O‎Karte web page.

Yes, you will be able to receive short messages.

In Lithuania roaming is available in Omnitel network and in Estonia - in EMT network.
You will feel at home in these networks, as incoming calls are free of charge!
Fee for SMS is LVL 0.0908.
Callback to Latvian fixed and mobile handset numbers cost only LVL/min 0.2017.
Direct call to Latvia will cost LVL/min 0.2727.
Please note! Also, while in Lithuania and Estonia, minimum account balance on your O‎Karte account shall be LVL 1.00.

Fee for incoming calls in EEA countries (except Lithuania and Estonia) is 0.0952 LVL/min, fee for incoming calls in other countries is from 0.4133 to 1.2401 LVL/min.
Fee for SMS is from LVL 0.0908 to 0.3024.
Callback to Latvian fixed and mobile handset numbers cost only LVL/min 0.2828 to 1.3914.
Direct call to Latvia will cost from LVL/min 0.3029 to 2.8332 LVL/min.

Please note! In all countries minimum account balance on your O‎Karte account shall be LVL 1.00.

Callback is the best way to call from OKarte, while abroad, especially – in the countries, where no direct calls are possible. Direct call is available in the networks of certain operators and their number has been constantly increasing.

In the countries where both types of calling are available, Callback is more favourable and is billed in seconds.

Yes, you have to pay also if the connection with the addressee has failed. You pay only for the incoming connection of Callback, moreover only subject to tariffs per seconds. Find out more about fees - Callback.

Callback are billed per second. Incoming calls and direct calls are billed depending on a foreign region and the dialled number:

• In the European Economic Area (EEA) direct calls to Latvia and EEA countries after first 30 seconds are billed per second, calls to other countries – per full minutes.
• In other countries direct calls are billed per full minutes.

No, Internet services are available to O‎Karte only in Latvia.

• O‎Karte account may be renewed with an O‎Karte recharge voucher, by entering a specific key combination.
  Please note! Remember to purchase a necessary number of O‎Karte recharge vouchers before going abroad!
• O‎Karte account may be recharged also without an O‎Karte recharge voucher – by yourself or by any other person, from O‎Karte web page or through the bank.

You may check your account balance by entering a key combination *120#. You will receive a reply message containing your O‎Karte account status, credit validity period and usage period.

You can check your account balance against payment:

• by sending a message i system number 29202010;
• by calling using Callback to the number *102*29202010#;
• by calling using the direct number to O‎Karte service system number +37129202010.

If you are willing to deactivate or reactivate this possibility, send a following SMS command to SMS service system number 1688:

• to deactivate: V-;
• to reactivate: V+.
