Using the recharge voucher

If no free of charge possibility is available, you can also renew your account by a recharge voucher purchased before against payment:

• by an SMS.
• calling using the Callback to number *100*29202010#.
• calling OKarte service system number +37129202010.

Without the recharge voucher – customers of Swedbank Mobile bank

You may renew your OKarte account or OKarte account of any other person. Enter a key combination (without spaces) *133*Y# or *133*Y*2XXXXXXX# and press the dial key.

Y – number from 1 to 10 - amount in lats to renew your OKarte account with.
2XXXXXXX – OKarte number to be renewed from the list of OKarte numbers defined in Swedbank before.

Afterwards you will receive an SMS message from OKarte service system number 29310101 that your account has been renewed.

Renewing of the account of other user

Your OKarte account can be renewed with or without a recharge voucher also by another person, i.e., from OKarte web page or via bank.
