Additional information on service tariffication

Short messages

• Incoming short messages, while abroad, is free of charge.
• Fee for sending of short messages is calculated based on each sending of a standard length short message (partly character coding message which enables to send 160 characters). In case of related messages or full character coding a fee is calculated for each standard length message which is sent to transmit such short message.
• When sending a short message to premium rate numbers, receipt of the premium rate service shall be charged separately.

Incoming calls

When a call is received, an international connection is made with the number allocated to you for this call in the respective communications network.

Incoming calls in the European Economic Area countries are billed per second, whereas in other countries - per minute. Tariffication of the incoming call connection is commenced at the moment you answer the call, if no otherwise stated by the foreign operator, and continues until the end of the call. Remember to press the end key at the end of the call.

Direct call

Direct calls are billed depending on the roaming region and the dialled number. In the EU the calls to European Economic Area countries are billed per second after the first 30 seconds, calls to other countries – for full minutes. Tariffs are calculated from the moment, when the addressee answers the call, if only the roaming operator has not stated otherwise, and continues till the discontinuation of the connection. Remember to press the call end key at the end of the call.

Callback

Callback is billed per second.

Fee for the Callback consists of two components - a fee for receipt of the Callback and a fee for making call to the addressee.
