If lost

In case OKarte is lost or stolen?

Call LMT 24 hour toll-free informative phone 80000076 and notify the fact. In order to block the SIM card and prepaid amount, you have to announce the PIN 1 code (find the code on the enclosed note with PIN and PUK codes).

If OKarte is stolen or lost, you shall submit an application to any LMT Customer Service Centre within 3 days. Until written application is submitted, LMT decreases the prepaid amount accordingly to services used through the respective OKarte connection number.
