If lost

In case O‎Karte is lost or stolen?

Call LMT 24 hour toll-free informative phone 80000076 and notify the fact. In order to block the SIM card and prepaid amount, you have to announce the PIN 1 code (find the code on the enclosed note with PIN and PUK codes).

If O‎Karte is stolen or lost, you shall submit an application to any LMT Customer Service Centre within 3 days. Until written application is submitted, LMT decreases the prepaid amount accordingly to services used through the respective O‎Karte connection number.
