You can recharge OKarte by any amount starting from LVL 0.50, by sending a message to service system number 1859.

• When recharge your OKarte account, you shall indicate in the request message:
  OKARTE XX.XX

XX.XX — sum in LVL.

• When recharge an account of a friend’s OKarte, you shall indicate in the request message:
  OKARTE XX.XX NNNNNNNN

XX.XX — sum in LVL.
NNNNNNNN — OKarte 8-digit number.
