Printout of calls made
In case you need a Printout of calls made for any definite period within latest half-year, we will make a Single printout of calls.
The printout shall contain the calls made, short messages sent, data amount received and transferred, premium rate services used and incoming calls in the roaming.
One Printout of calls made can comprise information on one or several (up to 6) calendar months.
Printout of calls received
You can order a Printout of calls received for any definite period within latest half-year. One Printout of calls received
can comprise information on one or several (up to 6) calendar months.
You will receive the printout in a paper format at the time of request of this service.
The printout shall contain incoming calls and short messages
received (specifying LMT SMS system number 29202020 as a sender).
Printout of calls received will not present those connection numbers which are using the LMT service CLIR (Calling Line Identification Restriction).
Instead of these numbers you will read a Private number.
The Printout shall not comprise:
- Incoming calls in the roaming;
- Calls received, while using the service Saved by the Call;
- Short messages you receive, while using the service Subscription to SMS system numbers and Tariffication of events;
- Amount of data information received, e.g. for MMS received.
Additional possibilities
You can also order the deciphering of the connection numbers of the short message sender and recipient.
For an extra charge you are able to receive Printout of calls made and Printout of calls received,
showing the connection number of message sender or message recipient instead of SMS system number (29202020).
In the Printout of calls made and Printout of calls received next to the deciphering of connection number of
the message sender and message recipient you will see also those connection number which are using LMT service CLIR
(this service does not ensure restriction for sending of short messages).
How to receive Printout of calls
To receive Printout of calls made or Printout of calls received, you shall visit any LMT Customer Service Centres and shall file a written application.
Please note!
- If you are a registered OKarte holder, you shall present an identification document. If you are not a registered OKarte holder,
you shall present an ID document and name the original PIN1 code.
- Fees for the calls made and the calls received in the Printout of Calls are indicated
VAT inclusive.
Service fees
For the Printout of calls you shall pay a service fee
set by LMT at the time of request of the service. Fee depends on a number of months included in the printout.
