Calling line identification restriction
You may make outgoing calls without displaying your number to the call recipient
All OKarte users can access and use this feature free of charge.
You may activate and deactivate Calling line identification restriction from your mobile phone by yourself!
- To start using CLIR* you shall submit a written application in any LMT Customer Service Center or at LMT dealers.
- In order to activate the Calling Line Identification Restriction, you must indicate the original PIN code.
Operation of Calling line identification restriction is guaranteed only for calls in LMT network.
Making calls to the numbers of other operators or using roaming, provision of this service depends on the respective operator.
Activation and deactivation of Calling line identification restriction
Calling Line Identification Restriction can be activated in two ways – by pressing a certain combination of keys before each outgoing call or by selecting an option in the handset menu.
Calling line identification restriction can be connected in two ways:
- by entering #31# in front of subscriber's number before each outgoing call; .
- by menu commands of the phone, thus not entering #31# before each outgoing call.
In this case don’t forget that all following calls (until you deactivate this option) will be made with Calling Line Identification Restriction!
Activation of the service via menu commands of the phone is different for each handset model, so you shall
read user's manual of each definite phone or shall consult the seller of the mobile phone.
Attention! Calling line identification restriction:
- Is active both in the local and in the international (with +371 before the number) format;
- does not operate when sending short messages;
- does not operate when calling to operative service numbers (112, 01, 02 etc.)

Call recipient...
Call recipient who receives a call with activated Calling line identification restriction at the moment of reception of the call receives on a display of his mobile phone:
- Private number - if the call recipient has connected service Calling line identification;
- Call - if the call recipient has not connected Calling line identification.
All received and missed calls made with an active Calling Line Identification Restriction will be included in the
call archive indicating the fact of the call, the time of the call and a reference that the number was not displayed.
Roaming
Tariffs for Calling line identification restriction for subscribers being at the roaming network are set in accordance with the regulations of the roamer network.
Please note!
If you have not activated service Calling line identification restriction, being abroad and making outgoing calls,
please make sure that CLIR* function of your phone is not activated incidentally!
Calls with an activated Calling line identification restriction will be considered by the roamer
as unauthorized using of service. As a result a possibility of outgoing calls may be prohibited.
