Call forwarding

It is in opportunity to forward the incoming calls from your mobile telephone to any other telephone number – either fixed or mobile.

Call forwarding to a mobile phone of an OKarte user or LMT subscriber in Latvia is FREE OF CHARGE!
However, if the call is forwarded to a mobile telephone number of Lattelekom, Amigo, Tele2, Bite Latvija or Telekom Baltija, the forwarded call will cost as much as a call from your own number to the forwarded number.

If you make a call to the number, the holder of which has activated call forwarding, the charge consists of two parts:

• The caller pays for the call until the mobile telephone exchange according to the tariffs to a mobile phone
• The mobile phone holder pays for the call from the mobile telephone exchange until the telephone to which the call has been forwarded according to the tariffs from a mobile phone.

There are two forms of forwarding.

• Unconditional forwarding – all incoming calls are forwarded to the indicated number.
• Conditionalforwarding – calls to the indicated number are forwarded only in certain cases:
  • when no answer
  • the mobile telephone is switched off or is out of coverage
  • the mobile telephone is busy

How to activate the forwarding
Call forwarding is activated or deactivated by selecting the respective option in the handset menu. It can also be activated by pressing a certain combination of keys.

All types of call forwarding can be activated simultaneously, besides, each of them – to a different telephone number.

xxxxxxxx – number the calls are forwarded to.
– confirmation key (depends on a telephone model).
Forwarding code – marks the forwarding (21, 61, 62 vai 67).

If during the conditional forwarding the unconditional forwarding is activated, the conditional mode activated before is saved and after deactivation of the unconditional forwarding is renewed automatically.
